As the MGR, F11 ME FST PAC, you will manage and improve the performance of sub FAB PAC systems, including pumps, abatement, and chillers. This is an excellent opportunity to join a top-tier team in Taiwan and realize your ambitious projects!

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and maintain the performance of sub FAB PAC systems including pumps, abatement, and chillers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine and implement improvement strategies.
• Ensure flawless operation and strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Develop and complete maintenance schedules to optimize system efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze system data to identify and address potential issues promptly.

Minimum Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in manufacturing or related industries.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and compete priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience working on the upkeep and advancement of sub FAB PAC systems.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing teams.
• Proficiency with data analysis and performance monitoring tools.
