POSITION PURPOSE
- Drive the day-to-day handling of the French Pharmacy Production
- Run the existing quality control processes and ensure that the Information Offerings are of sufficient accuracy, completeness, and consistency for publication to customers.
- Track the end-to-end process and ensure that the total market data is ready for client extracts to be run to agreed schedule.
- Communicate any potential delays to business stakeholders with clear, jargon free English.
- Coordinate with other GTO functions when technical issues occur and drive them to deliver high quality resolutions and meet SLAs
- Execute all data integrity steps, including applying standard corrections to data and managing any related communications and impact analysis.
- Act as the second line point of contact for client queries related to data challenges, data investigations and data analytics
- Find the root cause of any recurring issues, analyzing complex business processes to make recommendations to improve data quality or processing procedures
- Support Development projects by providing subject matter expertise and practical help
- Think creatively to generate new solutions and make improvements to current processes
- Collect and track all KPIs related to process execution, quality and customer satisfaction
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Develop a specialization into the quality assurance of IQVIA France data integrity, accuracy and consistency
- Coordinate with Production teams in case of any issues with data and arrive at quick resolutions
- Lead complex pieces of data analysis and operational processes to answer business questions
- Support Business where need arises to ensure on time delivery to clients
- Support the wider organization by providing pertinent information to allow investigation of data quality
- Support Production for creating user stories using Jira, creating test plans and executing UAT for key projects
- Lead team effort through communication, cooperation and coordination across IQVIA
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
- At least five years experience in a Data Analytics or similar
- Strong data knowledge and analytical skills with an unconditional love for data, numbers, and analytics
- Fluent in SQL and able to understand complex data models
- Practical application of best practices for data quality checks
- Good data analysis skills with understanding of business intelligence tools (e.g. PowerBI)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to interpret and present complex concepts
- Experience in client communication and process management is essential
- Experience in people management or leading project teams is preferred
- Knowledge of AI-driven analytics tools and experience integrating AI-assisted solutions to improve data quality and business intelligence workflows are preferred
- Knowledge of SSIS and/or Python is a plus
- Desired (but not essential) some awareness of big data and associated tools (e.g.Databricks)
- Desired (but not essential) some pharmaceutical industry knowledge
