Primary Duties and Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with Director - Application Services and Enterprise Architecture team to identify the Cloud Infrastructure necessary to deliver strategic objectives.
2. Support the interaction with the technology vendors to procure identified resources and services.
3. Monitor the existing cloud infrastructure and other mission critical systems and collaborate with operation teams to timely resolve identified issues.
4. Identify, implement, and deliver needed changes on the company cloud infrastructure and automate activities, leveraging different programming languages (e.g. Bash, PowerShell, Python, Terraform).
5. Collaborate with Information Security team to identify security requirements, plan and oversee the resolution of any gaps, and ensure rollout in production of the necessary deliverables.
6. Monitor information technology infrastructure asset lifecycle, maintain infrastructure assets inventory, coordinate infrastructure upgrade, and support capacity estimation and performance requirements collection.
7. Administer the version control system (e.g. GIT) ensuring traceability of configuration item changes and oversee execution of deployment activities.
8. Lead the Application Services Operations team and supervise the activities necessary for ongoing delivery of data services and validation of platform configuration
9. Coordinate creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) according to agreed upon guidelines within the Data Services team.

Experience and Educational Requirements
1. Broad training in fields such as business administration, engineering, finance, computer sciences or similar vocations, generally obtained through completion of a four-year bachelor’s degree.
2. Experience in customer support and issue resolution.
3. Demonstrated experience executing as a technical and data analyst.
4. Experience with pharmaceutical product data is a plus, but not required.
5. Four to five (4 - 5) years directly related and progressively responsible experience.
Minimum skills, knowledge and ability requirements
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills across internal and external partners and manufacturer customers with English being the primary language of communication.
2. Data solutions development experience.
3. Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
4. Ability to implement processes resulting in satisfactory audit practices.
5. Experience in data analysis and visualization methods.
6. Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite in order to operate effectively with company systems and programs; proficiency in Excel and Access.
7. Outstanding organizational and problem-solving aptitude; attention to detail.
8. Tact, diplomacy and courtesy; strong interpersonal skills.
9. Proficient in SQL and analysis tools.
