At least 2–3 years of professional experience in the metal industry (advantage MIG/MAG, AWI (TIG) welding)
Structural fitter and machine fitter qualifications (Szakmunkás or OKJ)
Knowledge of welding technology, materials science, occupational and fire safety, and quality assurance
Fire safety professional exam/certificate (not required, but advantageous)
Crane/equipment operator license (not required, but advantageous)
Ability to read drawings, knowledge of WPS and standards
Precision, ability to work in a team, good communication and work organization skills
Problem-solving skills, ability to work independently
