Summary
The Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Architect will lead the design, development, and implementation of MES solutions to optimize manufacturing operations for product customization and support global customization expansion. This role will focus on creating modular, scalable architectures that enable flexible product configurations and seamless integration with third-party logistics (3PL) providers.

Qualifications
10+ years in MES implementation and architecture.
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent years of relevant experience
Proven experience designing modular MES solutions and integrating with 3PL systems.
Strong understanding of MES principles, manufacturing processes, and Industry 4.0 concepts.
Proficiency in database management, scripting, and system administration.
ERP, PLM, and shop-floor system integration experience.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
MESA International Certificate of Competency (CoC) for MES/MOM Methodologies is a plus.
APICS CPIM or equivalent is a plus.
