JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Schomp Automotive is growing and seeking an E-Commerce Merchandising Specialist. This position is primarily quality control on dealer inventory merchandise, making sure all vehicles are represented correctly and consistently across all brands and adhere to the Schomp brand standard. Ideal candidate with one to three years of automotive industry experience, knowledgeable in vehicle packages and trims, skilled in vehicle photography, and capable of working independently while collaborating as needed. The ability to adapt to the given workday, thrive in a fast paced environment and view problem solving as a heroic characteristic, is a must.

This position is located in Greenwood Village, Colorado. Candidates from out of the state of Colorado are expected to provide information about availability to relocate to Colorado and understand this position is not offering a relocation compensation package.

Location: Greenwood Village
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM
Pay Type: Hourly F/T

Pay Range: $23-$25 per hour

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Performing a daily audit of all vehicles photographed the previous day to ensure the following requirements are met:

○ Proper trims

○ Proper packages

○ Accurate interior and exterior colors

○ Photos are being displayed properly and spins / hot spots are working

○ Available window stickers are uploaded with photos

​● Conduct daily quality control across all websites to ensure photo consistency and the timely addition of new incoming inventory images

Verify that vehicle descriptions are accurately and correctly generated

Identify and resolve missing package information

Maintain standardization and consistency across all dealer platforms

Upload and manage daily additions of reconditioning (recon) photos

Produce and report on inventory data and analytics

Serve as the primary point of contact for all stores regarding pricing issues, photography concerns, or vehicles remaining in syndication after being sold

Collaborate with the used car team to proactively identify and address issues related to aging inventory

Update and maintain company documents that centralize inventory analytics and business intelligence

Cross-reference multiple systems and tools to accurately populate vehicle status and centralize information for key stakeholders

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

Possesses demonstrated experience maintaining websites in strict adherence to corporate brand identity standards and guidelines

Demonstrates working knowledge of Dealer Inspire and Motive website platforms

Adept at employing HomeNet, vAuto, DealerTrack, and AutoIPacket platforms to streamline dealership processes

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:


1–3 years of full-time experience working in automotive dealership operations

● Proficiency in spreadsheet applications (Excel, Google Sheets)

Thrives in a collaborative team environment, working in close proximity with colleagues to ensure efficient communication, agility, and responsiveness to client needs
