POSTION SUMMARY: All brands strategy, product development and innovation are lead and driven by certain PVH affiliates in the US with respect to products under the Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger sold in NA, Asia and SA; and in the Netherlands with respect to products bearing the Tommy Hilfiger Europe, Calvin Klein Europe with respect and sold in the Asia region. The position in this job description helps the above mentioned PVH related parties meet their operating and strategic needs.

 

Responsible for bulk/ Production Order management & execution for the brand and collaborate with different teams.  Assist the manager for the day to day execution and operations in line with the brand’s strategy to achieve KPIs.

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES

 

  • Oversee end-to-end merchandising bulk production & all relavant reporting & KPIs

  • Coordinate timely delivery updates on PVH system by vendor Use SAP, and Infor Nexus for operations.

  • Buy files review for New order confirmations.

  • T&A review with vendors  in meeting the set milestones for bulk orders.

  • WIP Management -Weekly monitoring of vendor reviews on  deliveries

  • Participate in bulk product risk assessments with cross-functional teams

  • Monthly Factory visits to monitor production.

  • Liability Management

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for apparel sourcing tasks including data analysis, reporting, and vendor management

    QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

    Education & Experience:

    University degree with 2-3 years of related work experience; or post-secondary degree with minimum of 3-5 years of related work experience in apparel sector

    Should have experience in buying/trading office or manufacturing environment.

    Should have experience in manufacturing environment or similar previous working experience preferred.

    Builds good working relationships; collaborates toward deadlines and deliverables.

    Able to communicate effectively across the team and organization.
