JOB SUMMARY: The transportation driver is vital to our club operations. Often, the driver is the first impression of our club upon arrival and the last impression upon departure. We handle each task with high attention, being present, handling all situations in a professional manner, and above all else, a safe and comfortable demeanor.

JOB DUTIES AND TASKS:
In order to provide the highest level of service to the members at Gozzer Ranch, the Residential Services Transportation Driver will perform in the following areas:

Responsibilities 
a.    Ensure the safe and timely transport of clients to their destinations, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
b.    Provide excellent customer service, including assisting clients with luggage, opening doors, and ensuring a comfortable ride.
c.    Regularly inspect and maintain the vehicle to ensure it is clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition.
d.    Plan routes efficiently to avoid traffic and ensure timely arrival, using GPS and other navigation tools.
e.    Maintain client confidentiality and privacy at all times.
f.    Maintain a professional appearance
g.    Update communication apps for each service provided
h.    Assist the Residential Services team and Gozzer Ranch with miscellaneous

Requirements 
a.    Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
b.    Previous experience as a chauffeur or in a similar driving role is often preferred.
c.    Familiarity with local roads, traffic patterns, and popular destinations.
d.    Strong verbal communication skills to interact effectively with clients.
e.    Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, nights and weekends, as needed.
