Job Description

The Member Support Specialist position interfaces with customers via chat messaging, inbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of non-routine problems regarding client's product or services.

What You'll Do

  • You'll be the first point of contact for members, delivering accurate and professional support across a range of superannuation enquiries. This includes:
  • Assisting with online access, contributions and account updates
  • Supporting pension enquiries, withdrawals and investment options
  • Navigating multiple internal systems to resolve enquiries efficiently
  • Ensuring privacy, compliance and security standards are met
  • Providing clear, accurate and compliant information

This is a high-volume inbound environment where attention to detail, empathy and efficiency are key.
