The Member Services Manager guides and manages all membership operations and initiatives including serving as resident expert with advanced knowledge of the member management software system for the Department of Recreational Sports.
Trains student employees throughout all facilities front desk operations, long term strategy of the software, coordinating account creation for systems, projects/updates, general setup and administration; act as department liaison to Student Life Information and Technology regarding system updates and maintenance; creates and manages the budget for Member Services; works with the business office aging reports, agreement billing, discount and comp sales reports, and refunds; supervises Coordinator of Member Services; point of contact for group sales and long-term membership strategy; manages the Bike Hub, including staff, inventory, budget, and vision.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Advanced degree may be desirable. 5 years of relevant experience required. 8-12 years of relevant experience preferred.
Desired: Experience with Member Management Software used for Collegiate Recreation.
Final candidates are subject to successful completion of a background check. A drug screen or physical may be required during the post offer process.
