Review other developer's code to ensure consistency, reduce errors and share context across the engineering team. Complexity and Impact of Work: Drives work independently, leads or significantly contributes to medium-to-large projects or processes, usually multi-person interdepartmental or crossfunctional projects, including leading from end-to-end with little oversight and coordinating activities of other team members. Organizational Knowledge: Ensures that knowledge is shared among the team and does not position themselves or others as a single point of failure. Collaborate cross-functionally within the team and other teams at Anchorage Digital. Monitors the development of the company objectives and/or trends that may affect its capacity to succeed. Communication and Influence: Mentors and guides others on the team within their area of specialization or domain, and helps others understand the strategic goals of Anchorage and how their work relates to these.
