Progyny is seeking a Member Marketing Operations intern. The Member Marketing team partners closely with our Client Success, Onboarding, and Solutions teams to support employer clients and ensure their employees are aware of, and know how to access, their Progyny benefit. Our work helps increase employee enrollment and engagement with the benefit by providing clear, helpful educational materials and resources.

Within Member Marketing, there are several specialized sub-teams. As an intern, you will join the Member Marketing Operations team, which focuses on managing and delivering the tools, materials, and processes that support client communications, especially during key moments like open enrollment.

Progyny has refined a differentiated approach to plan design, network development, and member experience that enables members to achieve more favorable outcomes than national averages along key fertility metrics.

Progyny’s internship program aligns the intern to a specific business leader to execute on a specific project plan.

The internship begins June 2nd 2026, and culminates in a presentation to senior leadership.

What you’ll do...

  • Support preparation for the upcoming open enrollment season, a busy and high-impact time when employees select and review their benefits

  • Assist with coordinating and organizing member-facing material packages distributed to clients and employees during open enrollment

  • Track event materials and branded items (swag) to ensure timely delivery

  • Help manage and respond to incoming client requests

  • Provide general operational and project support to ensure marketing materials are delivered accurately and on time

  • Execute on improvement projects aimed at achieving strategic objectives.

  • Understand and analyze various drivers impacting key metrics and outcomes and provide a fact-based recommendation to the stakeholders.

  • Experience opportunities to use your skills in impactful projects, meetings and presentations to senior leadership.

  • Constantly be challenged to generate net new solutions to solve member or client problems.

About you...

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program

  • Strong Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) skills and ability to efficiently work with large volumes of data and pivot tables

  • Organized and methodical with strong attention to detail

  • Comfortable collaborating with and presenting to executives

  • Demonstrated ability to be adaptive and inquisitive; natural problem solver

  • Prefers to work independently with clear initial guidance/requests leveraging cross-functional resources and teams

  • Driven to deliver results with the ability to establish rapport, earn trust, and effectively collaborate with others

In compliance with New York City's Wage Transparency Law, the hourly salary [wage] range for NYC-based applicants is: $25.00/hour - $50.00/hour. There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. Progyny offers a total compensation package comprised of base salary, cash bonus, and equity.
