What will your job look like?
The Member Interactions Communication Associate will create and manage new and recurring internal communications through meaningful, audience targeted content. This role will plan and facilitate any Member Interactions (MI) communications to the necessary stakeholders throughout MTM Health, up to the Executive level. The Member Interactions Communication Associate will represent and manage Member Interactions meetings and events, as needed, including creating presentations.
Location & Hours: This is a Work from Home position. Candidates must be able to work the following shift: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm CST
Pay: $22.00/hr
What you’ll do:
Create internal single communications, education communication series and recurring newsletters
Create engaging content to promote and encourage positive engagement with both Member Interactions and other internal teams
Create and manage meetings and training documents for MI leadership
Attend on camera meetings with internal departments, as needed
Work with internal departments to communicate and update process and procedure instructions
Create and manage Core postings and pages for the Member Interactions teams
Meet job specific key performance indicators and goals
Assist in managing the Contact Center SharePoint site
Highlight the Member Interactions teams on MTM Health’s Social Media pages by partnering with the Marketing team
Work with Program Directors to ensure that plan protocols have clear and updated messaging
Partner with the Training Team to ensure that the Member Interactions processes and procedures align with new hire orientation and current training materials
Administrative duties to support Member Interactions leadership Team, as needed
Occasional Travel offsite for meetings may be necessary
What you’ll need:
Experience, Education & Certifications:
High school diploma or GED
Some college; completed or working toward a college degree, preferably in a related field (English, Marketing/Communications, or Public Relations)
Previous administrative experience
Skills:
Must be proficient with a computer (working knowledge of word processing, PowerPoint, Excel)
Knowledge of graphic design and proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop a plus
Strong and effective communication skills
Ability to communicate in a professional manner
Self-motivated with good organizational skills to self-motivated with good attendance and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines
Strong writing and presentation skills
Maintain a positive and professional attitude
