Context of the role
As a Member Implementation Specialist for Thunes, this role will bring you great opportunities to build and work on automated reconciliation projects, collaborating with a diverse range of partners and teams.
The Member Implementation team is responsible for supporting the integration of Accept and Pay capabilities through our Thunes Cross-Border Payment platform. Processing millions of transactions per month and interconnecting hundreds of partners and customers from all around the world, Thunes is continuously growing its coverage and footprint in the industry. Key Responsibilities
Automated Reconciliation Projects
During the first rotation of 9-months Graduate Program, you will get exposure to global payments and technical integrations such as:
- Work closely with Regional Senior/Technical Project Managers and Engineering teams to build, test, and roll out automated reconciliation pipelines across markets
- Understand how the automatic reconciliation solution works for accept and payout capabilities
- Partner with Technical Project Managers across regions to deploy auto reconciliation integration pipelines
- Get hands-on experience working with developers to build reconciliation integrations via API and SFTP
- Deep-dive into our Accept & Pay solutions, working alongside regional experts to understand solution design and best practices
- Ad-hoc tasks or projects: Learn existing partners’ or customers’ team that are already integrated to the platform with their daily challenges and work with experienced technical project managers to improvement plans that value add from the roll out of automated reconciliation pipelines
Professional Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or Technology related discipline
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in technical PMO, technical integrations or business analyst
- Experience working and integrating with APIs over IP (Working in payment systems or REST or Web Services is a plus)
- Experience working in an Agile environment – Jira management is a plus
- Ability to work effectively, multitask, agile and take responsibility in building the challenging projects and situations
- Demonstrate motivation to learn new skills and technologies
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Service-oriented, process-driven and strong collaborative team player
- Independent and proactive - willing to get things done
- Excellent interpersonal skills, be creative, respectful and solution-oriented with external and internal stakeholders
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong interest in the Fintech and/or Payment Industry and market innovations
Other Requirements
- The programme is open to Singaporeans and Permanent Residents in active undergraduate and graduate university programmes with less than three years work experience
- Graduates should be able to start work from Jan 2026 and onwards
