Member Experience Intern (Graduate Student)

The Member Experience Intern will support Progyny’s Experience team by helping create clear, insightful summaries of real member journeys. These summaries play an essential role in understanding how members navigate their fertility and family-building benefits, where they encounter friction, and how Progyny can continue improving support across clinical, digital, and service touchpoints.

Progyny’s internship program begins June 2nd, 2026 and culminates in a presentation to senior leadership.

What you’ll do…

  • Lead and collaborate cross functionally across all departments to support Progyny’s growth initiatives in conjunction with requirements from leadership

  • Develop data and analytics models that elevate the Voice of Customer across variable feedback channels including surveys, call center data, and digital data.

  • Organize interview opportunities with internal and external partners to validate Voice of Customer assumptions and support data model architecture.

  • Assist in the project management of our Voice of Customer program development including new vendor partner integrations.

  • Understand and analyze various drivers impacting key metrics and outcomes and provide a fact-based recommendation to the stakeholders.

  • Experience opportunities to use your skills in impactful projects, meetings and presentations to senior leadership.

  • Constantly be challenged to generate net new solutions to solve member or client problems.

About you...

  • Must be enrolled in a graduate program

  • Strong Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) skills and ability to efficiently work with large volumes of data and pivot tables

  • Organized and methodical with strong attention to detail

  • Comfortable collaborating with and presenting to executives

  • Demonstrated ability to be adaptive and inquisitive; natural problem solver

  • Prefers to work independently with clear initial guidance/requests leveraging cross-functional resources and teams

  • Driven to deliver results with the ability to establish rapport, earn trust, and effectively collaborate with others

In compliance with New York City's Wage Transparency Law, the hourly salary [wage] range for NYC-based applicants is: $25.00/hour - $50.00/hour. There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. Progyny offers a total compensation package comprised of base salary, cash bonus, and equity.
