We are looking for a talented Member Experience & Events Junior Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you’ll help bring our club’s events and activations to life—supporting planning, coordination, setup, hosting, and follow‑up. You’ll balance creativity with strong organization, manage multiple projects at once, and help deliver memorable experiences for our members. We’re looking for someone detail‑driven, energetic, and excited to help create meaningful moments across all types of events.

What you will do?

  • Support the planning, coordination, setup, hosting, and breakdown of member events and daily activations.
  • Gather information, help prepare budgets, reports, BEOs, and assist with logistics across departments.
  • Contribute creative ideas for events and help bring memorable experiences to life.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, scheduling, and maintaining timelines for multiple projects.
  • Engage with members and guests warmly, helping enhance the overall club atmosphere.

What are we looking for?

  • Outgoing, engaging personality with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Previous experience in events and strong communication skills at all organizational levels.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, adaptable, and able to manage shifting priorities.
  • Comfortable working independently and within a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Canva/Adobe is a plus (or willingness to learn).
  • Calm under pressure and focused during peak times.
  • Member‑centric mindset with a professional, respectful attitude.
  • Flexible schedule.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to relocate to Melides if needed.
  • Commitment to maintaining club standards, confidentiality, and positive team culture.
