Under general supervision, the Member Engagement Manager is responsible for managing all onboarding, ongoing engagement and renewal aspects of the relationship with all CCO Council members.
To this end the Member Engagement Manager will need to liaise closely with both sales and the CCO Council Chair to ensure the members value derived from their membership of CCO Council is high enough to ensure continued participation in the Council. Ultimately the Member Engagement Manager must develop and drive deep and symbiotic relationships with high level executives and ensure continued strong renewal rates across members, ensuring a strong revenue base for Dow Jones CCO Council and WSJLI.
Success will be measured based on the retention rates of the Member Engagement Manager for CCO Council, attendance rates of both CCO Council and associated WSJLI Events, as well as leverage of additional access/data provided to members.
Serve as the primary, dedicated point of contact for WSJ Leadership Institute CCO Council members and their teams, overseeing and managing their engagement and benefits for the duration of their member lifecycle
Responsible for owning the member journey from onboarding, sustained engagement and participation, through membership renewal
Onboard new members using a formalized intake process to establish trust, identify goals, and understand how to best support members to ensure they get the most value possible from their membership
Execute best practice communication and engagement strategies to maximize member attendance and participation at upcoming events, summits, dinners, exchanges, breakouts, and exclusive experiences
Work with the Council Chair to identify relevant opportunities for thought leadership
Assist with the roll out of any new WSJI or CCO Council risk professional communities by helping to facilitate member engagement.
Responsible for developing, owning, and executing the retention strategy and renewal plan for all members of the CCO Council
Proactively monitor member health and likelihood to renew by maintaining accurate and up-to-date data and analytics across internal engagement and CRM systems to ensure risks are identified and actioned
Responsible for ensuring appropriate levels of event attendance, thought leadership engagement, bespoke experience adoption and overall Dow Jones partnership.
Ensure high levels of renewals customer training and product utilization by working with the Product Training Specialist team and monitoring internal Tableau reports
Know your members in detail to ensure specific high value touch points are curated throughout the year, focused on both personal and professional milestones
Serve as a member conduit internally for feedback on all events and CCO Council benefits to DJ WSJLI leadership.
Develop a working knowledge of risk & compliance topics to help have informed conversations with CCOs and other professionals.
Identify and pursue opportunities for increased revenue and lead generation across other WSJLI member councils, collaborating with cross functional teams to follow through on such opportunities.
The MEM must maintain accurate and appropriate WSJLI member records within the Company's systems. The MEM will communicate with members mainly via telephone and email, but also in person and at events where required
Min 5 years of proven success in membership or high profile C-suite client-facing environment, focused on engagement, customer success or account management
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to multi-task and adhere to tight deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Excellent project management and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite & Google Drive
Prior experience within Executive Networks and/or Leadership Councils is highly desirable
Knowledge of Salesforce, Cvent & Marketing systems desirable
