About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and patient-focused professional with pharmacy or nursing (registered nurse) experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for patients, providing clinical support, handling inquiries and reviewing pre-approvals. This position requires strong communication skills and sound clinical judgment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to patient inquiries via a ticketing system with clear, accurate and empathetic written communication
  • Manage inbound calls and make outbound calls to patients to address queries, concerns and offer support
  • Assess and review incoming pre-approvals, ensuring clinical appropriateness in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all patient interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams
  • Deliver a high standard of patient care while adhering to regulatory and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of clinical experience in a pharmacy or nursing (registered nurse) setting
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to explain clinical information clearly and professionally
  • Excellent telephone skills and confidence
  • Strong attention to detail and sound clinical judgment
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
