Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Medical Service Specialist located in Guadalajara, North.
Responsible for providing administrative support at medical practices within the company and updating medical records.
What a typical day looks like:
- Coordinate, respond to, and report medical emergencies and general illness cases within the site.
- Support and manage internal and external audits related to medical services and occupational health.
- Coordinate and attend visits from governmental and private institutions related to occupational health and medical compliance.
- Plan, monitor, and maintain compliance with applicable legal and regulatory occupational health requirements.
- Monitor, analyze, and report monthly medical and occupational health KPIs.
- Conduct, document, follow up, and close cafeteria health and hygiene audits.
- Manage, control, and ensure appropriate inventory levels of medical supplies and medications.
- Ensure compliance with and follow-up on the annual preventive maintenance program for emergency vehicles.
- Administer and supervise assigned medical services personnel.
- Execute and support corporate and site-level health promotion and prevention campaigns.
- Maintain and control documentation related to the Occupational Health Management System.
- Coordinate, execute, track, and close medical examinations, including pre-employment, POE, periodic, job change, presumptive, first aid, and other medical evaluations.
- Manage and follow up on activities and continuous improvement initiatives within the Occupational Health System.
- The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Medical Degree
- MBA in occupational health is preferable.
- Leadership experience: able to manage around 15 people on different shifts.
- Good communication skills
- Manufacturing industry
- Fluent English preferable.
- Flexible working hours availability.
- MS office advanced knowledge.
