MSLs are the extension of the medical function in the field. They build and develop enduring 'win-win' relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions, creating constructive partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to disseminate scientific information and generate insights. MSLs provide field or hybrid medical support that is aligned and integrated to the overall medical strategy within the Business Unit.

Main responsibilities:

  • Relationship building with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in hematology and blood oncology
  • Organizes and engages KOLs & HCPs during local group scientific meetings (hospital staff meetings, webinars, etc) according to the Stakeholder Engagement plan, aligned with Country Medical plan
  • Engage proactively and reactively with healthcare professionals and institutions
  • Engages external stakeholders on medical and scientific information exchange for the therapeutic area during one-to-one interactions and group settings
  • Develops and maintains trusted partnerships, through scientific engagement and exchange, with healthcare professionals and institutions in a rapidly evolving healthcare environment
  • Communicates the clinical value of the TA products to population-health/formulary decision makers
  • Provides high-quality, accurate, balanced and directed information to key customers and stakeholders in response to unsolicited requests for information, supports investigators in IIR submissions, management of local advisory boards
  • Contributes to evidence-generation activities, supporting both internal evidence-generation projects and IISs
  • Develops and executes the individual stakeholder engagement plans, aligned with the Medical Plan
  • Collaborates effectively with relevant internal stakeholders while maintaining full compliance with company, industry, legal and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinates local meetings and presentations while collaborating with cross-functional teams

About you

  • Proven experience in hematology and oncology (required)
  • Background in medical or scientific roles
  • Strong capability in stakeholder strategy and planning
  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement
  • Effective working style within multidisciplinary teams
  • You have MD, Pharmacy, or a postgraduate-level science degree (required).
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential

You are someone who can deliver impactful scientific exchange, demonstrate expertise in hematology and bone marrow transplant complications, work confidently with CRM tools, and effectively leverage multiple channels and formats to elevate scientific engagement and maximize stakeholder satisfaction.

You bring strategic thinking and an analytical mindset, complemented by strong business acumen, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to collaborate effectively across functions, all supported by high learning agility and adaptability.
