Our Team:
MSLs are the extension of the medical function in the field. They build and develop enduring ‘win-win' relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions, creating constructive partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to disseminate scientific information and generate insights. MSLs provide field or hybrid medical support that is aligned and integrated to the overall medical strategy within the BU.
Main responsibilities:
Engage with healthcare professionals and institutions: conducts proactive and reactive scientific interactions with HCPs and institutions through one‑to‑one meetings and group settings.
Lead and support scientific engagement activities: plans, organizes, and participates in local scientific meetings (hospital meetings, webinars, etc.) involving KOLs and HCPs, aligned with the Stakeholder Engagement Plan and the Country Medical Plan.
Build and maintain trusted scientific partnerships: establishes strong, credible relationships with external stakeholders, effectively communicating the clinical value of products within an evolving healthcare environment.
Provide high‑quality, balanced scientific information: responds to unsolicited medical inquiries, supports investigator‑initiated research processes, and contributes to the organization of local advisory boards.
Generate actionable insights: identifies, analyzes, and shares high‑value insights while proposing solutions that support medical strategy and decision‑making.
Collaborate internally and support evidence generation: works cross‑functionally while ensuring full compliance with regulations and contributes to evidence‑generation initiatives and scientific projects.
About you
Education: MD, Pharmacy or post graduate level science degree (required). Experience in haematology, haemato-oncology and transplantation is valued.
Experience: Proven experience in Medical Science Liaison (MSL) and/or Medical Manager roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
Languages: Advanced english
Technical skills: Demonstrated capabilities in impactful scientific exchange, effectively engaging stakeholders across multiple channels and formats to maximize satisfaction and impact. Brings valuable experience in haematology, haemato-oncology, and transplantation. Proficient in the use of CRM tools to support strategic planning and scientific interactions.
Soft skills: The ideal candidate demonstrates assertive and effective communication, a strong scientific mindset, and strategic thinking supported by solid business acumen. Excels in building interpersonal relationships and collaborating transversally across diverse teams. Shows high learning agility, adapting quickly to new information, evolving environments, and emerging challenges.
