As a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) at Novartis Brazil, you will play a critical role in shaping medical strategy, supporting pipeline development, and contributing to pre‑launch activities for innovative therapies that have the potential to transform patients’ lives. As part of the Oncology team, this position is essential to the success of our future portfolio and our long‑term commitment to patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain peer‑to‑peer scientific relationships with key medical stakeholders through high‑quality scientific discussions related to the pipeline and approved or near‑approval products.

  • Capture and synthesize medical insights from the field, contributing to patient journey optimization, product lifecycle strategy, data generation, and therapeutic area planning.

  • Implement and execute the medical plan in alignment with strategic objectives.

  • Continuously assess medical segmentation and stakeholder mapping to identify opportunities for tailored medical initiatives and projects.

Essential Requirements:

  • University degree in a health‑related field (e.g., Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, Physiotherapy, Biology, Biomedicine, or related areas).

  • Academic and/or professional knowledge or experience in Oncology, preferably in solid tumors with a focus on breast cancer.

  • Postgraduate degree (Master’s and/or PhD) or medical/scientific specialization is considered a strong advantage.

  • Previous experience as a Medical Science Liaison (minimum of 1 year).

  • Advanced in English and Portuguese.
