Position Summary


You will represent GSK’s respiratory portfolio in Hong Kong, building strong relationships with respiratory specialists, hospitals and allied healthcare professionals. You will bring strategic plans to life, uncover opportunities, and deliver value that supports patient care. Responsibilities


This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with respiratory specialists, hospital teams and allied healthcare professionals.

  • Develop and execute territory business plans that translate strategy into measurable results.

  • Deliver clear, evidence-based information to support healthcare professionals’ decision making.

  • Create and run customer-focused initiatives that grow advocacy and uptake.

  • Manage territory resources and budgets to meet objectives and optimise time in the field.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to share insights and support local activities.

Why You?


Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

  • At least 2 years of sales experience engaging with healthcare professionals (junior candidates with less experience will be considered).

  • Some biologics experience preferred

  • Proven ability to build professional relationships and manage a territory.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Cantonese and English.

  • Comfortable with regular travel across the Hong Kong territory and in-person customer engagement.

  • Right to work in Hong Kong.


Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Experience in respiratory or related therapeutic areas.

  • Experience working with both private and public healthcare sectors.

  • Ability to interpret clinical evidence and translate it into practical value for customers.

  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills.

  • Experience using CRM or sales reporting tools and basic data analysis skills.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer advocacy.


Working arrangement
This role is on-site in Hong Kong and requires regular field activity and travel within the territory.
