In this role, you will be responsible for generating demand for assigned brands on a designated territory by proactively identifying business opportunities, presenting value propositions aligned to stakeholder needs and objectives, and recommending solutions to drive and develop business. This is your chance to create ecosystem solutions to impact further and truly impact our patients.

Accountabilities:

As a Medical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Achieving and exceeding individual objectives for Respiratory & Immunology products within your designated territory.
  • Identifying and establishing relationships with physicians, key opinion leaders, pharmacies, and healthcare institutions involved in CVRM therapy area.
  • Communicating key promotional messages using approved literature and other marketing materials aligned to CVRM indications and guidelines.
  • Managing the territorial budget, executing activities for assigned products, and developing and maintaining maximum territory coverage.
  • Organizing local seminars, workshops, and group product presentations in a professional manner to promote CVRM products and enhance the company image.
  • Analyzing market situations, sales data, and monitoring competition activities to determine regional opportunities in CVRM.
  • Ensuring all activities are carried out in compliance with the highest standards of ethics and integrity required by the Code of Conduct, supporting Policies and Standards, and Company requirements.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • University degree, preferably in Medicine or Pharmacy
  • Proven ability to understand and communicate scientific information
  • A valid driving license – B category
  • Fluency in Slovenian and English language
  • Strategic thinking, judgment and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and be a team player
  • Focus on effective decision-making and results
  • Problem-solving skills and learning agility
  • Personal initiative – ambitious and motivated
