Medical Representative

Currently, we are looking for a Medical Representative to join our highly motivated and inspired Zentiva Albania team.

What Would Be Your Main Responsibilities

• Implementation of marketing plans and achieving planned sales.
• Define commercial strategy (considering the market and the Zentiva objectives).
• Regular meetings with doctors and pharmacists.
• Ensure that plans for implementing the strategy are defined.
• Professional presentation of products.
• Implementation of promotional activities, in collaboration with managers, ensures that objectives are consistently followed up on.
• Monitoring and analysis of competitor activity.
• Ensure that process flows and policies are defined for the entire organization.
• Organize and participate in professional promotional events.
• Ensure that the organization is defined adequately for the commercial objectives.
• Regular reporting.
• Ensure market benchmark in terms of commercial policies and commercial organization.
• Performs other duties in accordance with the order of the manager.
• Ensure financial performance.
• Fulfill other tasks/duties as may be required from time to time by the Employer.

We Need You To Have

• University degree (Faculty of Pharmacy or Medicine)
• Preferably with experience in a professional and commercial position as an associate
• A high level of organizational creativity and responsibility for fiduciary obligations
• Knowledge of the English language (written and spoken)
• Use of the MS Office package
• B category driving license
