Territory: Province of Alberta (AB) – The person will cover all of Alberta but should reside in the Greater Calgary area.
We are currently looking for a Medical Representative for the province of Alberta region, but should reside in the Greater Calgary area. The person will have to ensure the ethical promotion of medical products for which he/she is responsible to a selected group of physicians and health professionals, with the intent of increasing knowledge and ensuring proper use in compliance with all current regional and/or national regulatory and legal provisions therein.
RESPONSABILITY OF THE POSITION
• To develop our brands within different targeted specialties (e.g. dermatologists, pediatricians, GPs, etc.)
• Regular visits to the institutional care centers (clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, etc.) to develop the industrial relations and to promote the benefits of the assigned products
• Monitoring the cycle visiting plan
• Achieve or exceeded sales goals and market share for the assigned products in the defined area
• Qualifying new customers using an established plan
• Attendance at the major regional congress and meetings and relevant local medical events
• Effective management of the available administrative tools
• Developing partnership opportunities with targeted pharmacies
• Develop a business plan for health care professional as opportunities present
• Ability to work with sales reports and other tools available for performance analysis
• Communicate and respect the philosophy of Pierre Fabre
• Working collaboratively with the Pharmaceutical Representatives based in the territory in the coordination with the business development plan and provide technical mastery of the assigned products.
• Manage Samples/trade products and materials.
