At P&G Health Care, we are looking for a passionate Medical Sales Representative who is eager to drive our brands and make a positive impact on patients, healthcare professionals, and pharmacies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular in-person visits to physicians and pharmacies within the assigned territory (Loja, Ecuador).

  • Analyze monthly prescription and performance data to identify growth opportunities and optimize territory planning.

  • Deliver clear, accurate, and compliant scientific and promotional information to healthcare professionals to increase prescription share of the assigned portfolio.

  • Execute Brand Plans and micro-marketing initiatives in close collaboration with key physicians and pharmacies.

  • Drive demand generation and prescription growth for promoted products, accurately reporting activities through digital tools (e.g., Veeva).

  • Participate in medical congresses, training programs, and educational events to stay current on product knowledge and strengthen relationships with key opinion leaders.

  • Monitor competitive landscape and proactively share insights with Marketing and Leadership teams to continuously optimize strategy.

  • Ensure full compliance with pharmacovigilance requirements, reporting any adverse events within 24 hours.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

  • Prior experience in sales or marketing is preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Medical Sales, Marketing, or related fields.

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in medical sales or similar roles.

  • Strong familiarity with the Loja area, including key customers and territory coverage.

  • Proven track record in managing physician relationships, developing partnerships, and negotiation.

Other Requirements:

  • Own vehicle and availability to travel within the assigned territory.

  • Excellent communication skills, proactivity, and strong results orientation.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.

  • Immediate availability.
