Position Summary
You will represent GSK in the Philippines as a Medical Representative. You will build trusting relationships with health care professionals and help them access the best care for patients. You will plan and grow your territory, work closely with colleagues across functions, and use evidence to inform conversations. We value people who are curious, dependable, and driven to learn. - Develop and execute territory plans to meet and exceed sales and engagement goals.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other health care professionals.
- Deliver clear, evidence-based product information and clinical data in customer conversations.
- Identify customer needs and work with internal teams to deliver solutions that create value for patients.
- Track and report territory activity, customer insights, and results using company systems.
- Participate in learning activities to grow clinical knowledge and sales skills.

Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, business, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in field sales, medical representation, or territory management.
- Experience in a pharmaceutical or healthcare sales environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present clinical information clearly.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territory.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint or similar tools.
Preferred Qualification

- Ability to interpret clinical studies and explain results simply and accurately.
- Experience engaging with a broad range of health care professionals.
- Comfort leading small group meetings or educational sessions.
- High learning agility and commercial awareness.
- Bilingual skills or fluency in local dialects in addition to English.
- A proactive mindset with strong planning and organizational skills.
Working arrangement
This role is on-site and requires regular travel within the assigned territory. You will spend most of your time visiting health care professionals and health care facilities.
