Position Summary You will engage healthcare professionals across the Philippines to share clear, science-based medical information, build trusted relationships, and support patient-centred care. You will work closely with your manager and colleagues to plan territory activity, gather local clinical insights, and help the team meet shared goals. Responsibilities This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Conduct regular professional visits and academic discussions with healthcare professionals in clinics, hospitals and pharmacies. - Build and maintain trusted, ethical relationships with clinicians, pharmacists and local healthcare stakeholders. - Share balanced, science-based medical information in a clear and professional way. - Collect, record and report accurate field insights on clinical practice and patient needs. - Follow territory business plans, meet performance targets and keep records using company systems. - Work with internal colleagues to resolve customer needs and support access to care. Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals - Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution. - Minimum one year of customer-facing field sales or territory management experience. - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and at least one local language. - Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly within the territory. - Basic computer skills, including Word and Excel, and comfort using digital reporting tools. - Right to work in the Philippines. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus - Previous experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales or medical promotion. - Degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing or medicine. - Comfortable discussing clinical evidence and medical concepts with healthcare professionals. - Strong planning, organisation and time-management skills. - Experience working in hospital or clinic settings and engaging key healthcare stakeholders. - Positive, proactive attitude and openness to learning new ways of working.
