MediCard is currently looking for assertive, dynamic and energetic individuals to fill up the following vacancy:

Collates, organizes, compiles, verifies, encodes, release and files medical results/records.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Encodes data results for APE/PE/ME/ECU. 
• Logs and releases results and keeps log book updated. 
• Proofreads results. 
• Prints and attaches results for proofreading. 
• Sorts and files original forms with duplicate copies in designated areas according to applicable alphabetical system for easy retrieval. 
• Answers inquiries/concerns related to PME results. 
• Prepares folders and maintains records of patients. 
• Monitors incomplete results and does follow-ups. 
• Receives APE/PE/ME/ECU forms and reviews completeness of results. 
• Sorts and files transmittal. 
• Monitors supplies for inventory of forms for mimeographing. 
• Makes a summary of report per request. 
• Makes copies of various results as needed. 
• Prepares old records for transmittal to warehouse. 
• Prepares and submits timely reports. 
• Ensures and monitors sufficient inventory of supplies. 
• Performs related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
