The Position

Affiliate: Roche Pharma Korea

Location: Seoul, South Korea

Worker Type: Contractor

Your key responsibilities

  • Responsible for local IMP sourcing and management and be a primary contact for IMP management to internal/external stakeholders

  • Work with the IMP warehousing vendor to sign project level work orders and manage amendments.

  • Secure IMP inventory on a project level and maintain relevant systems and trackers.

  • Manage IMP transfer, labelling, shipment, return and destruction.

  • Manage of drug delivery order site (RIMP) for hospitals (account creation, order processing, system maintenance).

  • Managing budget (EDP) sheets within the Chapter.

  • Expense (PR/PO) management for vendor and investigator site payments

  • Supports the chapter by conducting regular vendor maintenance activities (EPP management, vendor training and quality metrics)

  • Provides logistics support for local affiliate study level audit/inspection readiness activities and/or local investigator meetings.

  • Supports document management, quality review checks and completion of country-level Trial Master File (TMF) and other document repositories according to Roche Standard

  • Conduct chapter-wise enterprise support activities (regulatory/agency reporting, legal & compliance, quality and finance support activities)

Who you are

  • University education or equivalent.

  • Prior work experience demonstrating an understanding of medical operations/clinical trials (i.e. Clinical Trial Associate is desirable.)
