The Position

Accelerate sustainable patient access to high-value medical solutions and healthcare innovation for the Near Patient Care (NPC) portfolio by:

  • Influencing Ecosystems: Shaping healthcare systems and the sociopolitical environment to favor innovation and access through strategic stakeholder engagement.

  • Value Communication: Articulating the clinical and economic impact of the NPC portfolio to key decision-makers.

  • Driving Adoption: Ensuring high-value medical solutions reach their full market and clinical potential.

  • Strategic Medical Leadership: Providing disease area expertise and guiding technical and tactical decisions to align with overarching business objectives.

  • Reputation Management: Actively building and safeguarding corporate reputation across all channels.

The Opportunity:

Market Strategy & Trends: Anticipate national and international trends to proactively assess policy, medical device regulations, and emerging market access issues.

Access & Reimbursement: Lead the development of value dossiers, cost-benefit models, and budget impact analyses to secure funding and reimbursement for NPC solutions.

Stakeholder Engagement: Build and manage strategic relationships with MOH, HTA agencies, governmental bodies, HCPs, and Therapeutic Area Experts.

Medical & Scientific Leadership: Provide clinical insights on unmet needs, oversee Investigator-Initiated Studies (IIS), and ensure medical compliance in all materials.

Strategic Planning: Drive disease area strategies and tactical plans, coordinating education programs (HCP/HCO) to elevate the perception of innovative solutions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Support multidisciplinary "squads" and foster internal expertise in high-medical-value solutions.

Who you are:

  • Education: University degree in Medicine (preferred) or Life Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, Health Economics, Pharmacy, or related fields).

  • Experience: 5+ years in Healthcare, Pharma, or IVD, specifically within Market Access, Government Affairs, or Medical Affairs.

  • Expertise: Deep understanding of public/private healthcare systems, funding, and reimbursement. Proven track record in preparing value dossiers and HECON models. Technical proficiency in evaluating medical literature and clinical protocols.

  • Travel: Ability to travel 30–40%.

  • Languages: Full professional fluency in English and Spanish (oral and written).
