The Medical Manager Dermatology supports the Medical Affairs team in executing medical strategies and activities across the inflammatory skin disease portfolio, including vitiligo, atopic dermatitis, and hidradenitis suppurativa (HS).

The role focuses on operational delivery, scientific accuracy, and cross-functional alignment in support of product launches, lifecycle management, and evidence generation initiatives

What you will be doing

  • Implement local medical plans in line with dermatology strategy and brand priorities.

  • Coordinate and execute medical activities such as scientific training, advisory boards, and congress participation.

  • Review and adapt scientific materials to ensure compliance, accuracy, and clinical relevance.

  • Support cross-functional teams (brand, access, clinical, regulatory) with medical input and data interpretation.

  • Contribute to the preparation and execution of medical launch readiness activities.

  • Manage medical aspects of educational programs, communication campaigns, and internal training.

  • Works effectively within cross-functional teams locally and internationally to ensure alignment and timely execution of medical priorities.

  • Review study concepts, feasibility information, and support clinical operations.

  • Contribute to local publication activities and real-world evidence initiatives.

  • Develops scientific in-house training for MSLs, Key Account Managers, Commercial and other departments including preparing or performing appropriate presentations

Your profile

  • Advanced scientific degree (MD, PhD, or equivalent in life sciences).

  • 3–5 years’ experience in Medical Affairs in the pharmaceutical industry.

  • Experience in Dermatology or Immunology, ideally in vitiligo, AD, or HS.

  • Strong execution skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

  • Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable outputs.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across functions.

  • Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).

  • Proficient in Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint
