Job Overview
The Medical Management Data Specialist, under the direction of the Medical Management Operations Director, plays a crucial role in leveraging healthcare data to inform and enhance clinical and operational decision-making processes. This position involves developing, generating, and maintaining comprehensive reports that provide actionable insights for clinical and operational teams. The incumbent is responsible for converting clinical needs and requirements into precise data specifications to ensure that the data collected is relevant and useful, and ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of healthcare data by implementing rigorous data validation and quality control processes. The Medical Management Data Specialist supports the organization’s goal of using data-driven insights to improve patient care, streamline operations, and achieve strategic objectives.
Minimum Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field is strongly preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare data-related role, or a similar role, is required.
Compensation
$79,525.89 - $99,407.36 annuallyCompensation Disclaimer
