As Medical Information Intern within our Medical team, you'll support the Medical Information Lead MCO Central and South Europe in delivering accurate, timely medical information to healthcare professionals and patients. Ready to get started?

Main responsibilities
- Daily you will cooperate with Medical Information Lead MCO Central and South Europe to support in the following aspects:
- Checking of dedicated Medical Information generic mailbox for the Czech Republic
- Reporting of Adverse Events to Pharmacovigilance department
- Reporting of product complaints to Quality department
- Support of reconciliation process
- Monitoring of open inquiries in Global Medical Information system (GMI Connect)
- Preparation of Local or Localized Scientific Response Documents
- Support of preparation of insights
- You will also act as a backup of administrative activities of Medical Information lead in case of absence
- You will have a chance to closely work with other teams like with Pharmacovigilance and Quality department
About you
- Education: Active University student including PhD in a scientific, medical or pharmaceutical field, studying in Czech Republic
- Availability to work maximum 20 hours per week
- Scientific and Medical knowledge
- Ability to operate in a cross functional environment
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Good communication skills
- Customer focus
- Languages: Fluent Czech or Slovak and advanced knowledge of English
