The Role
The successful candidate will be part of a team that provides exceptional patient experience while assisting the Radiology clinicians to running an efficient and professional practice. A strong commitment to deliver high quality administrative support and patient-centered care is essential for this position
This is a full-time position for 38-hour work week. The applicant has to be available to work from 7 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Friday.
Key Accountabilities include:
Assisting patients in person, over the phone, and via emails
Managing patient appointments in line with medical imaging requirements
Ensuring accurate data entry of patient information into the patient management system
Attending to general housekeeping duties in reception and waiting area, including other administrative tasks as required
Preserving confidentiality and privacy of all patient information and records
Communicating and liaising with other administrative and health professionals
About You
You will possess excellent customer service and communication skills, preferably with a background in medical reception and the confidence to work across multiple systems and screens. You are a caring individual with professional verbal and written skills. Previous working experience in an imaging clinic performing reception duties and booking appointments over the phone will be highly regarded.
