Risk analysis identified measures for safe installation and operation
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
1. Identify Preliminary Risk and appropriate intervention
- Identified risk for the installation and operation of medical equipment and have to record PRI when initial installation, the change of patient's circumstance.
- Educate customers on proper management of identified risks for safe operation and share information with co-workers.
2. Patients management
- Medical equipment installation, withdrawal and replacement
- Provide information for service
- Performed instruction training for safe usage
- Organize associated all documents every workflow
- Identify patient's insurance type and explain the service fee
- Get a prescription and informed to patient for prescription update issue.
- Check the device function
- Monitor medical equipment using status
- Provide consumable goods
- Get a signature of patient or caregiver on the medical expense request sheet
3. ERP update
- Order confirmation for Installation, Return/withdrawal, replacement and Internal transfer. - Create a visit confirmation sheet every visit
4. Asset management
- Updates the result of Physical inspection at the end of every month.
5. ETC
- outstanding payment manage
- Product selling
- Support Sales
