West Chester, Ohio
VCA Lakota Hills Animal Hospital is seeking a Medical Director (DVM, VMD) to lead our DVM team and guide the medical direction of our well-established, community-centered practice. This is an outstanding opportunity to continue practicing high-quality medicine while shaping the medical standards, culture, and future of the hospital — just like an owner would, without the risks of ownership.
As Medical Director, you’ll partner closely with Operations, Marketing, HR, and additional VCA support teams who are committed to helping you thrive in leadership. You’ll lead with support, not stress.
For nearly 50 years, the hospital has been a trusted, established part of the West Chester, Liberty Township, Fairfield, Hamilton, and Mason communities — giving you a loyal client base and strong community presence.

We are proudly recognized as a Gold Level Cat Friendly Practice, creating a calm, stress-minimized environment that supports feline wellness and aligns with Fear Free–style handling.
A Collaborative, Stable Medical Team
Our doctors, CVTs, assistants, and client service reps bring compassion, technical skill, and strong teamwork. You’ll be supported by a group that values communication, trust, and high-quality medicine.
