Role Summary

The Medical Assistant / Front Desk Coordinator plays a key role in delivering a seamless, compassionate experience for our patients. This dual position supports both clinical care and front desk operations, working closely with Physicians and clinical teams to ensure exceptional patient care in a fast-paced fertility clinic environment. We are seeking a dependable, enthusiastic team player with strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to personalized, high-quality care.

Some day-to-day duties include:

  • Front office duties - Processing payments, checking patients in and out of appointments, creating an amazing welcome to the clinic experience! 
  • Rooming patients
  • Obtaining vitals
  • Performing phlebotomy
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Maintaining a clean clinic
  • Assisting physicians during procedures (Saline sonograms, IUI and more!)
  • Cross training opportunities for support in our Ambulatory Surgery Center during egg retrievals!

Education, Licenses, Certifications

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Certified Medical Assistant Certification preferred
  • Current BLS Certification
  • CPT1 certification – preferred
    • CPT Tuition reimbursement up to $1500!
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to thrive in a team-based, fast-paced environment

Employment Type

This is a full-time non-exempt onsite position that requires early hours, rotational weekends and holidays.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $20-26/hr. Salary is based on several factors including job related knowledge and skill set, depth of experience, certifications and/or degrees.
