Join Us as a Medical Assistant Lead – Make a Difference While Leading the Way!

Are you an experienced Medical Assistant who loves supporting patients and guiding a team? We’re looking for a dedicated Medical Assistant Lead to bring strong leadership, hands-on care, and positive energy to our practice. In this role, you'll not only care for patients but also supervise our medical assistant team and oversee the laboratory to help keep everything running smoothly.

  • Be a Leader – Support, mentor, and train the medical assistant staff to deliver the highest quality care.
  • Oversee the Lab – Supervise lab operations, ensure proper procedures are followed, and maintain a safe, efficient environment.
  • Stay Hands-On – Take vitals, assist providers with exams and procedures, and make patients feel comfortable and supported.
  • Keep Us Organized – Help maintain clinical workflows, oversee inventory and supplies, and make sure exam rooms and lab spaces are always ready to go.
  • Be a Liaison – Work closely with providers, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure a smooth, collaborative environment.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

  • Certified or Registered Medical Assistant – Required.
  • 3+ years of hands-on MA experience – Leadership experience is a big plus!
  • Strong clinical skills – Confident in taking vitals, and assisting with procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills – You’re detail-oriented and know how to keep a team motivated.
  • Experience with EMR systems – AthenaOne or similar is a plus.
  • A positive, team-first attitude – You set the tone and help create a supportive, patient-centered environment.

The Physical Side of the Job:

  • You’ll be on your feet a lot, moving around and occasionally lifting infants or toddlers.
  • As with any medical role, you may be exposed to different elements like blood or chemicals.

Compensation Offered:

Hourly - Hourly Plan, 27.00 USD Hourly

The salary/rate provided complies with local regulations and reflects the potential base compensation for this role. Actual salary/rate may vary above or below based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location.
