Medical Affairs Associate, Respiratory (4 Month Student internship)

The Respiratory Medical Team is seeking to fill our Medical Affairs Associate Summer Student position. This position requires a self-driven individual with an interest in medical strategy and an enthusiasm to learn new skills. Details:

This role will provide the opportunity to participate in key medical advisor activities, such as:

• Collaborate with the Medical Education team to support ongoing planning and implementation of medical education projects.
• Work cross-functionally to assist with development, logistics, and planning for advice‑seeking initiatives
• Localize and develop digital content for field implementation in a timely manner, ensuring materials meet the needs of the field.
• Compile and synthesize insights from advice seeking activities and field feedback for internal stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for a bright and self-motivated summer student with these required skills to achieve our goals:

• Undergraduate, Master’s or Ph.D. student in a medical or health sciences related field.

• Strong ability to leverage scientific knowledge.

• Strong organization, project management and communication skills.

• Strong written, verbal, and oral presentation skills.

• Bilingualism (English/French) would be considered an asset.

In compliance with Ontario's provincial pay transparency legislation in Canada, this job posting includes a salary range to support equitable and informed hiring practices. The annual pay rate for new hires in this position ranges from CAD$31,980 to CAD$79,950 taking into account a number of factors including work location within the Canadian market, education level (e.g., Undergrad / Masters / MBA etc.) and based on the experience required for the role.
