Job Description: As a Medical Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting multiple medical consulting projects. You will be responsible for contributing to the design, development, and delivery of complex projects in the areas of RWS, Medical Affairs, PCS and HEOR.
Key Responsibilities:
Independently conduct or support the execution of prospective and retrospective epidemiological/non-interventional studies from planning to project completion.
Contribute to the execution of PCS projects (i.e., patient experience research), including the design, development, and delivery of client deliverables and presentations.
Provide oversight tracking and monitoring of projects, ensuring timely identification of bottlenecks and proactive problem-solving.
Develop client relationships through face-to-face discussions, workshops, telephone, or email contact.
Participate in the design, development, and delivery of consulting projects or components of larger, complex projects.
Provide guidance as medical advisor to Analysts, Consultants, and Statistical Services assigned to engagements.
Support the development of AMNOG dossiers
Prepare relevant study documents, protocols, study reports, and client presentations.
Support the development of intellectual property for use on future engagements.
Your Profile:
Advanced degree in natural sciences, ideally in pharmacy, life sciences, medicine, or epidemiology.
Strong strategic and critical thinking skills focus on quality, service, and solutions.
Medical Affairs Proficiency: Comprehensive knowledge of Medical Affairs operations, including medical evidence planning, scientific communications, medical training, and engagement with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
Affinity for data and excellent analytical and conceptual skills. Experience in data analysis (advanced excel skills); familiarity with Python or a programming language is a plus.
Excellent MS PowerPoint skills, well-organized, highly independent, highly motivated, and with a good sense of humor.
Strong customer orientation, confident presentation skills, and a high level of responsibility, reliability, and communication skills – fluent in German and English.
