In this pivotal role, you will be the country’s “go to” expert for Oncology, serving as a key medical leader and trusted contact for both internal teams and external partners. You’ll help develop and deliver strategic medical operations, cultivate cross-functional collaboration, and champion Regeneron’s reputation for scientific excellence. Leading and managing the Oncology Medical team to align with business objectives.
Developing and executing medical strategies for Oncology initiatives.
Collaborating with colleagues across Medical Affairs, Clinical Sciences, Operations, and Regulatory.
Acting as the primary Regeneron medical contact for Oncology in Spain.
Providing mentorship and support for local clinical research and development activities.
Representing Regeneron at professional meetings and engaging with key medical experts.
Overseeing compliant execution of medical and field activities.
Delivering impactful scientific presentations and supporting medical education programs.
Thrive in a collaborative, matrix environment and enjoy building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Bring a strong sense of accountability and consistently demonstrate scientific expertise.
Adapt easily to change and manage multiple projects with focus and flexibility.
Are passionate about advancing Oncology care and contributing to meaningful patient outcomes.
To be considered, you must hold a bachelor's degree. You should have substantial experience as a physician or scientist in Oncology, including significant time in Medical Affairs within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry. A detailed understanding of the local healthcare environment, solid understanding of Medical Affairs and Clinical Development, and proven leadership in matrix organizations are essential. Fluency in English is required. Experience in life-cycle product development and collaborator engagement will be highly valued.
