We are seeking a Medical Advisor to join our team in Sweden. In this role, you will act as the scientific expert within inflammation, focusing on Dermatology, providing medical expertise and support to both internal and external stakeholders. You will lead the development and implementation of Swedish medical strategies for upcoming launch products, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and impact.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Develop and execute Swedish medical strategies aligned with brand and business plans.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals.

  • Present clinical evidence in a non-promotional manner to external stakeholders.

  • Provide medical input for promotional materials and ensure scientific accuracy.

  • Drive medical activities such as advisory boards, medical education, and peer-to-peer training.

  • Collaborate with global and regional medical teams to share insights and align tactics.

  • Support evidence generation initiatives and contribute to local studies and clinical trials.

  • Ensure compliance with ethical standards, SOPs, and national regulations.

  • Provide medical training to commercial teams and respond to unsolicited medical inquiries.

  • Participate in relevant congresses and report insights to the team.

EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS

  • University degree in life sciences required; advanced degree (Master’s, Doctoral) preferred.

  • Minimum 3 years in medical affairs or pharmaceutical industry roles such as Medical Advisor or MSL

  • Experience working in the Swedish healthcare environment; dermatology or rheumatology experience is a plus.

  • Fluent in Swedish and English; strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Deep understanding of Swedish healthcare system, compliance, and medical ethics.

  • Familiarity with RWD/RWE and clinical trial processes.

  • Digital proficiency and ability to navigate content creation.
