We’re hiring a Media Project Administrator to work on a hybrid basis from our London office in NW1

Role Summary

The Media Project Administrator plays a central role in leading the end-to-end delivery of global, regional, and multi-market pitches. Through strong administration support, project management and stakeholder coordination skills, the role supports impactful business development initiatives that contribute directly to dentsu’s overarching growth ambitions.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Delivery of Pitches and Proposals 

  • Assist in the preparation and execution of global, regional, and multi-market pitches from start to completion under the guidance of senior team members. 
  • Contribute to the accuracy and upkeep of Salesforce to reflect pitch activities and status. 

Project Management and Administrative Support 

  • Support the development of timing plans, scheduling of meetings, and coordination of project milestones to ensure seamless project delivery. 
  • Organise logistics for pitch-related meetings, team brainstorms, and rehearsals. 

Content Development 

  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of global collateral, case studies, and credentials to align with strategic objectives. 
  • Ensure content is categorised and stored correctly in the BD hub. 

Stakeholder Coordination 

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain alignment and facilitate communication during business development projects. 

Copywriting and Proofreading 

  • Support the creation of high-quality content through copywriting and proofreading to maintain consistency and accuracy. 

Research and Intelligence Gathering 

  • Conduct research on clients, prospects, and industry trends to inform pitches and strategic planning. 
  • Develop and maintain competitor intelligence, providing insights that contribute to business development strategies. 

Database Maintenance 

  • Ensure that key databases, including historical RFI/RFP content and prospect research, are regularly updated and accurate. 

Support on Growth Projects 

  • Provide support and take ownership of specific tasks within key growth projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery. 
  • Collaborate closely with senior team members to support broader business development initiatives.
