Media Production Analyst

The Media Production Analyts executes Ansira Media Operations Services including OnlineListings, Reputation Management, Facebook Ads, Paid Search, Display and Websites, among others, on behalf of Ansira local clientele. Responsible for reporting and other client deliverables. The Media operations analyts works directly with Account Managers to ensure processes are followed and deadlines are met according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Job Summary**
The Media Production Analyst at Ansira Inc. is responsible for supporting the production and delivery of various media assets, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to project timelines and client specifications. This role involves a blend of technical expertise, organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Job Responsibilities**
* Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of media production projects.
* Manage and organize media operations, ensuring , tagging, and archiving for easy retrieval and version control.
* Collaborate with creative teams, account managers, and clients to understand project requirements and deliverables.
* Support the technical aspects of media operations, including understanding of all programs and execution.
* Monitor production timelines and workflows, identifying potential roadblocks and proactively communicating status updates.
* Conduct quality control checks on all media programs to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and technical specifications are met.
* Research and recommend new tools, technologies, and best practices to improve media operations processes.
* Perform other duties as assigned to support the media operations team and client objectives.

Job Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mercadeo, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
* 1-2 years of experience in a media production or related analytical role, preferably within an agency environment.
* Proficiency with media management software and content management systems.
* Strong understanding of various media formats, codecs, and delivery platforms.
* Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
* Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues related to programs support.
* Proactive problem-solver with a strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
