The Opportunity
Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University – Worldwide is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Media Producer to join the Academic Innovation – Learning Design & Technology team. This role is responsible for planning, producing, and delivering high-quality photo, video, and motion graphics that support online courses and university initiatives.
The Media Producer collaborates with faculty, leadership, and cross-functional teams to create engaging digital content that enhances the student learning experience. This position also plays a key role in live event production, including commencement ceremonies and university events.

Key Responsibilities
Produce high-quality video, photo, and digital media content for online courses and university initiatives
Plan, shoot, edit, and deliver multimedia projects using industry-standard tools and technologies
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards
Provide guidance and coaching to stakeholders on best practices for media creation and instructional design
Develop scripts, storyboards, and creative concepts aligned with project goals
Ensure all media content meets accessibility standards, including Section 508 compliance
Support live production events, including setup, camera operation, lighting, audio, and streaming technology
Maintain organized digital asset libraries and project files
Continuously improve workflows, adopt new technologies, and contribute to team innovation

Compensation
The annual salary range for this position is $ 45,000-$51,857. The final offer will consider the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience, along with applicable state regulations, internal equity, and business needs, and may fall outside of the stated range.
Required Education and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Video Production, Broadcasting, Digital Media, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in media production, creative services, or a related field
Proficiency with video production equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear
Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro
Ability to capture high-quality video and photography using cinema and mirrorless cameras
Strong understanding of lighting techniques and audio recording best practices
Experience managing multiple projects and working within deadlines
Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
Ability to accept feedback and work effectively in a team environment
Knowledge of accessibility standards and brand consistency practices
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends for events
Ability to lift and transport media equipment and work in various production environments
