Carried by soldiers, hunters, and tradesmen alike, our tools are intentionally developed to deliver task-specific or mission-essential performance. Whether used to Explore, Hunt, Survive, Work, or Defend, Gerber tackles the tasks of daily life head-on.
Now, we’re looking for a Media & Performance Marketing Manager to help bring that story to life—reaching new audiences, deepening brand loyalty, and driving measurable growth across digital channels.
About the Role
As part of our Global Media Tower team, you’ll lead the strategy and execution of Gerber’s paid media efforts across key markets. This is a highly visible, hands-on role where you’ll shape how we invest in digital media—from Search and Paid Social to Programmatic, CTV, YouTube, and Retail Media.
You’ll balance big-picture strategy with in-the-weeds execution—owning campaigns end-to-end while partnering across teams to ensure every dollar works harder and every message lands stronger.
What You’ll Do
Own the Strategy
Define media strategy, goals, budgets, and KPIs across paid & affiliate channels
Build and continuously optimize full-funnel media plans aligned to seasonal priorities, product launches, and key accounts
Execute & Optimize
Hands-on management and execution of campaigns across platforms like Amazon, Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, programmatic networks (e.g., Trade Desk, Criteo), and retail media (e.g. Walmart, Orange Apron)
Monitor, test, optimize, and refine campaigns to improve performance, reach, and ROAS
Analyze campaign, market, and consumer data to uncover insights and drive smarter investment decisions
Collaborate & Influence
Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Brand teams to align on priorities and amplify impact
Brief and guide creative teams to develop high-performing, audience-first content
Lead a structured testing roadmap with rapid experimentation and learning cycles
Drive Continuous Improvement
Leverage analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and media platforms to optimize performance
Stay ahead of industry trends (privacy changes, cookie-less future, platform evolution)
Help shape the future of media strategy within the broader Fiskars portfolio
What You Bring
7-10 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and digital media execution
Deep expertise across paid channels (Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, Retail Media, YouTube, Affiliates)
Strong experience in media planning, budget allocation, and performance optimization
Proven ability to drive traffic, conversions, and profitable growth
Comfort working in data—translating insights into clear, actionable strategies
Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and web analytics tools like Google Analytics
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Technology—or equivalent experience
Fluent English (written & spoken)
Who You Are
You’re both strategic and scrappy—comfortable zooming out and diving deep
You thrive in a test-and-learn environment and move quickly from insight to action
You’re curious, creative, and always looking for better ways to connect with audiences
You bring a strong sense of ownership and accountability
You enjoy collaborating across teams and influencing without direct authority
You’re energized by solving complex challenges in a fast-moving digital landscape
What to Expect
A collaborative, global environment with strong cross-functional partnerships
Opportunities to shape media strategy for a heritage brand with a modern edge
Up to 20% travel as needed
No direct reports—but meaningful leadership across teams and initiatives
Why Gerber Gear?
Because here, your work doesn’t just drive clicks—it builds connection, trust, and brand legacy. You’ll join a team that values innovation, craftsmanship, and continuous growth—and you’ll have the tools and autonomy to make a real impact.
