Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing technical support through technical resources (internal and external partners) to specific departments, market segments, or filter material technologies, regarding material/filter media manufacturing processes, raw materials, and filter media suitability; developing new innovative materials (e.g., filter media, chemical materials, or functional materials); and ensuring alignment with strategic and operational planning goals and with superiors.
- Provide support throughout the material lifecycle, including continuous improvement and cost reduction activities , and ensure delivery readiness.
- Responsible for effectively transferring internal technologies to different sister companies (or production bases) for application, ensuring project milestones are achieved on time, and guaranteeing the implementation of technology applications.
- Lead or participate in internal, group-wide, or international nonwoven filter media development project teams, and report to project initiators, mentoring teams, or other superiors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- One year or more of similar work experience,with professional knowledge in fields such as analytical chemistry.
- Ability to work within a cross functional organization with good communication skills.
- Positive and optimistic, strong logical thinking. good communication skill within R&D team and biz team
- Excellent communication skills and good English proficiency.
