What You’ll Do:

Join our ETP team as a Media Coordinator and be at the heart of live sports media! You’ll manage, process, and organise footage from a variety of sources, ensuring all content is correctly stored, tagged, and ready for production. Using tools like IP Director and Adobe Premiere, you’ll compile highlights, support reporting and planning, and work closely with the Media Manager and production teams.

We’re looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, a passion for sports (especially golf), and experience with video editing and digital archives. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Receive and ingest footage from a variety of sources

  • Process event feeds using IP Director

  • Media manage content as appropriate in liaison with the Media manager and ETP productions

  • Organise stored media and apply accurate metadata

  • Carry out daily reviews of all storage platforms and manage media as appropriate

  • Compile footage using editing packages (Adobe Premiere)

  • Carry out varied research tasks in a timely way

  • Produce analyses for ETP management, for reporting and planning purposes

  • Ensure all ETP media are correctly stored with valid metadata / title naming conventions

Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to remain focused research tasks over a period of time

  • Good communication skills (both written and verbal) and excellent interpersonal skills within a busy team

  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft packages

Knowledge and Experience

  • Knowledge of video and film formats

  • Sports knowledge (including golf)

Qualifications and Training

  • Familiarity with digital archives

  • Experience of video editing software (eg Adobe Premiere)

  • Experience using IP Director Logging System, or similar logging tool

  • An appetite for understanding emerging technology, especially cloud storage, and wider industry trends that impact media management

Working Conditions:

  • The work location is Stockley Park, Uxbridge

  • This is a Fixed Term Contract until Dec 2026

  • Weekend work and unsocial hours possible

  • This role will be primarily office based, with on-site support of production at some events requiring international travel
